THE400 — A COLLECTOR’S NOTICE
Black Current Spirits confirms the forthcoming release of “The400”, one of the rarest gins ever produced.
Only 400 bottles exist.
Each bottle was sealed inside the Agulhas Sphere and submerged 400 meters beneath the Atlantic Ocean for 400 days, exposed to sustained pressure equivalent to 40 bar. This process permanently altered the spirit’s structure, density, and texture — a condition that cannot be replicated or repeated.
Following recovery from the ocean floor, the bottles will undergo 300 days of controlled stabilization, authentication, and preparation for global shipment.
Public sale will commence only after this period concludes.
Every bottle is:
- Individually numbered
- Encased with preserved oceanic mineral patina
- Presented in a serialized Atmospheric Vault
- Documented from distillation to retrieval
Allocation will be determined via private ballot.
